Who we are
AigenLuma and AIGenPro are the same product, served from different domains. We provide AI image and video generation for product teams. Contact: hello@aigenluma.com (international) or the contact details shown on aigenpro.cn (China).
What we collect
Account email, name, hashed password or OAuth identifiers, generation prompts and uploaded reference files, billing records, device and IP hashes used to prevent abuse, and basic analytics such as pages viewed.
How we use it
We use this data to run your account, generate content you request, prevent fraud, send verification emails, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
Generation is sent to model providers you select. Email is sent through our mail provider. Payment processors are used only when you pay. Files you upload may be stored on our servers to complete a job.
Retention and your rights
Task outputs are kept so you can download and reuse them. You can request account deletion by emailing the contact address on this site. We keep billing records as required by law.
